What this site collects
This is a static patient-education website. It does not set advertising cookies, it does not build a profile of you, and it does not sell or share information about visitors. The pages you read are served as ordinary web pages.
Information you send us
If you contact the hospital through the phone numbers, the QR codes or the social accounts listed on the contact page, the information you provide is used to arrange and provide your care, and is held under the hospital’s medical records rules. Please do not send medical details, images or reports through social media, because those channels are not secure and are not a clinical route.
Medical records
Records created during an assessment or a course of treatment belong to the hospital’s clinical record system and are handled under the applicable rules on medical records and personal information. You are entitled to ask what is held about you and to request a copy through the hospital’s records process.
Photographs
Clinical photographs taken for assessment, or to follow change across a course, are part of the clinical record. They are not published, and any use beyond your own care requires your separate consent, which you may decline without affecting your treatment.
